We start preparing your order as soon as it's placed.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Saturday–Thursday) are dispatched to the courier on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Fridays, or during holidays will be shipped the next working day.

During peak periods — such as product launches, restocks, Eid, or seasonal campaigns — your order might take slightly longer to ship. We always aim to keep you informed and deliver as quickly as possible.

Delivery usually takes 3–8 working days, depending on your location.
While many of our customers receive their orders earlier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
