Madad Scarves Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your Madad scarves! If you need to make an exchange or return, we’ve got you covered.

• Exchanges: Available within 14 days of receiving your order. A 35 EGP shipping fee applies.
• Refunds: Can be requested within 14 days with no additional fees, only the shipping.
• Orders picked up from the store can be exchanged or refunded at the same branch within 14 days, as long as they are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
